Aaron Hale, the owner of Salute Apparel was born and raised in Chubbuck, Idaho. He attended Chubbuck Elementary, Hawthorne Junior High, Highland High School and Idaho State University. He’s married to his wife of 22 years, Jennifer and has 3 children. He joined the Idaho Army National Guard during Desert Storm and served stateside for 6 years. Aaron volunteers in various positions in the Boy Scouts of America, his children’s sports teams and his church. He enjoys U.S. history, flying, snowmobiling, fly fishing, hunting, shooting and travelling with his family.
Aaron printed his first t-shirts in 1989 when he began his graphics career at age 16. He spent the next 17 years working, learning & teaching in the sign & graphics industry. After spending a few successful years in the construction and health care fields he finally found his way back to the apparel industry in 2014 and founded Salute Apparel.
After 2 years of moderate growth he acquired T-Shirts Plus of Boise, one of the oldest apparel decorators in the Treasure Valley. With that acquisition came 3 great additional employees and a vast customer base that necessitated a move to a larger location. With 5,500 square feet now at their disposal, they’ve added additional equipment and employees to accommodate the growing capabilities and demand.
